IF: Table

Connecting with ladies, sharing food for the body and soul, supporting each other as we deepen our relationships with God—these are things you can anticipate when you join this IF Table, hosted by Lynda, who has a passion for women’s ministries and for serving others.

Life is bumpy. Could you use a soft spot to land? Then find yourself in good company around our If:Table where you’re invited to feed body and soul.  If you’re desiring something meaningful, authentic, fun and faith-filled you’ve landed in the right place. So come hungry. Come as you are. The door’s open. Come on in!

Coming into this IF:Table I want you to feel like family. The warm atmosphere where the coffee is brewing and the appies are flowing, I am hoping this will make you feel relaxed and at peace. Come and enjoy your time with the opportunity to dig a bit deeper and laugh a bit louder. Hospitality is my speciality!

A full out list maker, Sharla is known for being hyper organized in all things planning.  That, on top of not being tech savvy, her greatest fear is losing her weekly planner book… not her iPhone! Besides being our Children’s Pastor, Sharla has three young children of her own to keep her planner full. But not too full, as she always makes room for friends! So if you don’t mind stepping around toys, becoming a new friend, and entering into heart conversations, then you would be a perfect fit for this IF: Table group.

What do you get when you put an Italian and El Salvadorian in the same room? Great food, loud laughter, lots of words, and the guarantee of a wonderful time. Reanna and Karla are known for their laid back, family style and fun way of hosting, so if you want to get your own coffee, maybe be asked to help with dishes, and always feel like a sister, then this is the IF: Table for you!

Need some time away from the pressures of life? Enjoy coffee, or tea, snacks, great conversation and build some new friendships. Join me out in the country for a time of refreshing.

Vanessa likes knitting and British T.V.; she is basically an 80-year-old grandma trapped in the body of a 38 year-old. Vanessa is also terrible at making herself sound interesting. BUT, if you like hot cups of tea, deep conversations and exploring God’s word, she would love to have you join her at her IF table. Feel free to bring along your cats and knitting projects…and any pictures of the royal family that you may have.

I am a wife and mom of almost three teenage girls. One of my favourite places to be is in the country taking in all of God’s creation. Join my group and we can take it in together and dive deeper into God’s word. While the kids play let’s, eat, share and learn in the comfort of my home!  

If you like tea, brunch and home baking this might be the group for you. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, great conversation and I’ll even make coffee if you really insist!

 I am blessed to be the mother of four beautiful children, ranging from 12 years to 6 months. Over the last several years I have felt an unquenchable thirst to better understand God’s word, growing in my bible literacy and through that sharpening my ability to discern, interpret and live out God’s truths. That is the aim of this IF:Table. To create a safe space for women to gather together,  ask questions, share insights and grow in our relationship with Christ, not only with our hearts but also with our minds! Please join me! I would love to welcome you and your children into our home! Caleb and Keyanna can’t wait to entertain your littles while we learn together, and rise as women of the Word.

Marcie is very passionate about the Word of God and helping women to love theology and to know their Bible so they can love Jesus even more! She also loves food and candy and coffee – so there will always be some combination of the above available at her table.

I want to invite you to my home, a place to relax and share the peaceful, quiet beauty of the country. Our time will be spent in prayerful, comfortable conversation and depending on our group we will discuss topics and issues that focus on family well-being. We’ll share Biblical references and friendly insights from someone who might have already walked a mile in your high heels or flats. In case you are wondering there will be treats from my kitchen  throughout the evening.
